Before Subscriber's transaction can be completed, Subscriber must read and agree to these terms and conditions ("Agreement"). By applying for access and/or services from this website, Subscriber is agreeing to be legally bound by these terms. This Agreement may change at any time, with updates becoming effective upon posting without individual notice.

PREAMBLE

Subscriber’s credit card will be billed immediately after purchase. A confirmation email will be sent with payment details. The contract is formed upon submitting the order. Questions will be answered within six working days. Access is strictly prohibited for anyone under the legal age in their jurisdiction (minimum 18 years old).

DEFINITIONS

"Member" or "Membership" refers to the user with a valid username and password during an active subscription.

"FIT18.com" refers to the site operator or any authorized payment processor.

"Site" refers to the website providing the Membership service.

"Subscriber" is the user of the website holding a valid access right.

"Access Right" means the unique combination of username and password that authorizes access for a limited term.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

FIT18.com provides one Access Right to the Site and its materials as part of the purchased Membership.

BILLING

Billing is processed by Verotel. Subscribers will see billing descriptors listed on their statement. Statements may include information regarding multiple services accessed.

PAYMENT / FEE

The Site may have recurring subscription fees beginning at sign-up. The Subscriber is responsible for fee payment according to the terms posted.

AUTOMATIC RECURRING BILLING

If selected, subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of the term unless cancellation is received. Subscriber authorizes FIT18.com to charge the selected payment method for membership fees and additional materials. Failed payments may result in membership cancellation.

ELECTRONIC RECEIPT

Subscribers receive receipts via email. Records of charges may only be available for 365 days. Contact customer support for copies.

CANCELLATION

Subscription may be canceled at any time by either party through electronic or conventional communication. Subscribers are responsible for charges incurred before cancellation. Cancellation instructions are available via Verotel.

REFUNDS

Refunds may be requested via customer support. Refunds are not guaranteed for partially used memberships and are issued at FIT18.com’s discretion. Any refund issued will be returned to the original payment method.

CARDHOLDER DISPUTES / CHARGEBACKS

All disputes are reviewed carefully. Fraud claims are serious and may result in the Site notifying your bank. Chargebacks may result in blocked access.

AUTHORIZATION OF USE

Subscribers are granted one license to access content only for personal use. No redistribution, commercial use, uploading, or modification is allowed. Violation may result in termination and required content removal.

TRANSFER OF ACCESS RIGHT

Subscribers must keep username and password confidential. Sharing Access Rights is considered a breach. The Site can monitor usage patterns and respond to unauthorized access.

SANCTION AND APPROVAL OF ADULT MATERIAL

This Site contains age-restricted content. Access is not permitted to anyone under 18 or below the legal age in their jurisdiction.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the rest shall remain in force. Courts may modify terms to remain valid.

NOTICE

Site notices to Subscribers may occur via website messages, mail, or email. Subscribers may contact the Site via email, mail, phone, or as listed in this Agreement.

DISCLAIMER

The Site does not guarantee that downloads are secure. Subscribers assume all internet risk. Content is provided "as is" without warranties. The Site disclaims liability for interruptions, defects, or virus exposure. Subscribers assume responsibility for compliance with regional laws and content appropriateness.

SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND SUBSCRIBER'S COMMUNICATION

Subscription rates are subject to change at any time. Current rates are posted on FIT18.com and appear clearly on Subscriber’s billing method.
